Bluegrass Jam at NOVA Music Center. Welcomes all ages and abilities.  NOVA Music currently hosts an successful Acoustic Jam every Friday and some of the members have expressed interest for a Bluegrass Jam.  Right now we are thinking Sunday afternoon.

The Musicians Workshop is a monthly event where musicians of ALL SKILL LEVELS can practice the "Art of Performing" in front of an audience and share feedback with encouraging peers. There are three formats: the original Mock Open Mic, the less formal Guitar Pull and the Open Mic Field Trip. This group’s purpose is to organize regular acoustic jam sessions in a supportive and friendly environment. This is not an open mic. As I see it, the purpose of an open mic is for an individual to prepare a 15-20 min performance and present it to an audience. In contrast, the purpose of this group is to offer the individual, novice to advanced, an opportunity to play with others in a relaxed group environment. Come and listen, play or sing.
